Faculty and Staff Assistance (FASA)

Faculty and Staff Assistance (FASA) is an internal Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers short term counseling to employees and their dependents unable to cope with personal problems that adversely affect their lives, behavior and job performance. Issues frequently addressed are:

  • marital problems
  • job stress
  • communication
  • family disharmony
  • substance abuse
  • financial difficulties
